disorderly conduct, sentencing her to a two-month suspended prison term
with an 18-month probation period, as well as the aforementioned
three-year ban on residing in the Jihlava region... A person subject to a
ban on residence essentially has two options—either to respect the ban
and leave the “prohibited” area, or to repeatedly violate the ban, in
which case they must expect a more forceful response from law
enforcement authorities, which in extreme cases may even result in
